Principle Analyst, SaaS Delivery - Fusion Payroll

The role based in Bangalore is for a Full-Time position where you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud systems. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate customization based on business requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in functional consulting by developing and documenting specifications, design documentation, and user training materials. Your responsibilities will also include testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity during system implementations and upgrades. End-user training and support, process improvement and optimization, as well as documentation and reporting will be part of your daily tasks. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals. Working with the technical team for system customizations and performance optimization will also be required. The ideal candidate should have experience with Oracle Cloud integrations with external systems such as HRMS, finance systems, and time and attendance systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications and tools like HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is crucial, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service. While Oracle Cloud HCM certification is preferred, it is not required for this role. You should be willing to work in shifts, including night shifts, and the position will be based in either Bangalore or Hyderabad.
