Principal – Venture Capital

We’re Hiring: Principal – Venture Capital- Mumbai

We are looking for a Principal who will own the entire investment lifecycle across Deeptech/AI/Fintech/D2C sectors.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands startups deeply and can drive conviction, speed and outcomes.

What you’ll do:

✅ Source high-potential startups

✅ Evaluate opportunities & drive investment decisions

✅ Manage sector-wise clusters and build category insights

✅ Support founders through growth, governance & fundraising

✅ Drive exits through structured pathways

✅ Act as the bridge between founders and our internal teams

Who you are:

🔹 6–10+ years in VC, corporate VC, investment banking or startup strategy

🔹 Strong deal evaluation + portfolio management experience

🔹 Comfortable working end-to-end — from sourcing to exit

🔹 Founder-friendly, analytical and highly execution-driven
