Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to promote the vision, mission, and goals of the institution.
• Oversee academic programs, curriculum implementation, and student performance.
• Manage faculty and staff recruitment, development, evaluation, and discipline.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture focused on student well-being and achievement.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and manage the institutions budget, resources, and facilities.
• Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
• Address student discipline issues and promote conflict resolution.
• Organize school events, extracurricular activities, and student development programs.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or administrative license (where applicable).
• Strong knowledge of curriculum standards, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
• Sound understanding of educational laws, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using educational technology and management software.
