Role Overview: As a candidate for the position at Suresh Gyan Vihar University, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, academic, and curriculum matters concerning the College. Your primary focus will be on student performance, teaching and learning. You will also manage faculty members and support team schedules and performance, supervise student welfare and security, and ensure enforcement of college rules. Additionally, you will provide guidance for conducting exams as per University norms and represent the College at various events to develop external relations. Key Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility for administrative, academic, and curriculum matters of the College - Managing faculty and support team assignments, schedules, and performance - Supervising student welfare, health, and security - Maintaining student discipline and enforcing college rules - Providing guidance for exam conduct as per University norms - Representing the College at external and internal events - Developing effective relationships with local, regional, and national agencies - Establishing external relations with other providers and customers Qualifications Required: - Ph.D. in Hotel Management - 20+ years of experience in academics at the University level Please note that the salary for this position is negotiable and the job location is Jaipur, Rajasthan.
