Requeired skill and experience:
Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services such as:
Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Run, GKE,Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Firestore
VPC, Load Balancing, Cloud DNS, IAM, and Service Accounts
Familiarity with Linux/Unix system administration.
Provide L1/L2/L3 support for GCP-based applications and infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, availability, and service health using GCP monitoring tools (Stackdriver, Cloud Monitoring, Logging, etc.).
Respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests raised via ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GCP Compute, Storage, Networking, and IAM configurations.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment issues, and DevOps tools (Cloud Build, Cloud Run, GKE, etc.).
Work closely with application, DevOps, and network teams to resolve production issues.
Maintain and update documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for recurring issues.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Assist in cost optimization and resource management on GCP.
Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure adherence to SLA and ITIL processes
