Role and responsibilities: As a Principal Software Engineer : You will be building and maintaining micros services for the multi-tenant SaaS application hosted in AWS cloud. This would provide opportunities to design & implement services which provide interfaces for inter and intra company applications. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, troubleshooting and improving the systems that keep the backend services running smoothly. The role requires you to have hands-on technical experience and a can-do approach towards environment automation/management and continuous improvement. Define & contribute to technical roadmap for SaaS based solution running on AWS platform Contribute to architecture improvements, recommending process improvements Build foundational components and services to be used across various cloud-based services System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains Evaluate new technology options and vendor products Ensuring critical system security using best in class cloud security solutions Job Requirements: Education Qualification: M.Tech/B. Tech in Computer Science/Electronics or other equivalent technical discipline from a reputed institute Experience: 7-10 years of experience Skills: (Technical & Behavioural) 7-10 years of relevant experience in Nodejs, Jest, Angular, SQL, MySQL, Elastic Search, Redis Knowledge of design patterns, architecture patterns, code review, unit testing Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka or any message brokers Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues Knowledge in AWS services (e.g. EC2, ECS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, API Gateway) will be an advantage Working knowledge of DevOps: Jenkins, Git, Docker etc. is preferred Behavioural Skills: Should have strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, accountability, detail & strategic orientation, take initiative, learnability, problem-solving skills and attention to details Desirable skills: Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile software development and any other project management methodologies Version Control: Experience administrating version control systems such as git and github workflows Performance: Knowledge of scalable application architectures, SQL performance tuning tools, query optimization skills What s in it for you Opportunity to work in a Multinational Product Organization Partner with and learn from seasoned professionals / leaders Exposure to latest tech stack Accelerated career growth Flexible, hybrid work environment with a healthy work life balance Culture of meritocracy, inclusion, empowerment and fun Competitive pay and benefits Back Share
