release/patch notes
and perform
impact assessments

CSDM & CMDB Expertise:

Strong understanding of
Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
and
Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Experience integrating and importing data using
asset discovery tools
such as
SCCM, JAMF, and Qualys

Software Development & Methodologies:
