Job Description

As the Principal Service Leader, you will have the responsibility, authority, and skills to ensure that:

The process is well-defined, described, and visualized,
The process is fully controlled and stable,
The implementation and globalization of the process are performed,
The process operates regionally or globally at a high level of quality,
Interfaces with other processes are defined, and the purpose of the process is communicated,
KPIs that measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the process are decided upon, along with process deviation handling and reporting methods,
Improvements of the process are driven based on established objectives and the outcome of measurements, as well as changes inside the company and in the business environment (Global improvement plan),
Roles, processes, and documents that describe the process are approved globally and locally.

Who are you

We are seeking a leader with:

Proven
experience in ITIL
, specifically in change, release, and event management.
Good understanding of ServiceNow Platform
and out of the box capabilities for those processes.
Strong and inspiring
leadership skills
with a personal drive for continuous improvement.
Excellent networking abilities and the capacity to set direction and objectives that align with the Volvo Group vision and strategy.
A commitment to our core values according to the Volvo Way, with the ability to manage diversity, work in cross-functional teams, and build trust within the organization.
Comfort with driving change, making decisions, and tackling challenges with a structured approach.
