The IT Manager-Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves leading a team to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of network and server systems while implementing best practices in IT management.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure of the organization, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Lead a team of IT professionals to implement and maintain infrastructure projects.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.
Monitor and manage network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure support and maintenance.
Plan and manage IT budgets for infrastructure-related expenditures.
Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related role.
Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Proficiency in server management (Windows Server, Linux) and storage solutions.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Strong project management skills and experience in leading IT projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
