Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at Sampurna Montfort College, located in Bengaluru. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the college, ensuring compliance with educational standards, developing and implementing educational programs, managing staff and faculty, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Principal will also engage with students, parents, and the community to promote the college's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills
• Experience in educational administration and program development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Financial acumen and budget management experience
• Commitment to mental health and well-being
• Masters in Psychology / Counselling Psychology with PhD desirable
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
