Principal Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Team Lead at OneAdvanced, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: - Partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and success metrics. - Translating complex business objectives into actionable Salesforce solutions. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business units. - Team Leadership & Technical Governance: - Leading and mentoring a cross-functional Salesforce team of developers, analysts, and configurators. - Setting and upholding coding standards to ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns. - Conducting regular code reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain technical excellence. - Architecture & Solution Design: - Leading technical design sessions and documenting scalable solutions that bridge current and future states. - Architecting and deploying Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and related modules to support end-to-end lead-to-cash processes. - Driving data governance to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient Salesforce environment. - Deployment & Delivery: - Implementing and automating Gearset pipeline deployment strategies across multiple orgs and teams. - Managing custom development, integrations, and data migration within Salesforce implementations. - Collaborating with third-party consultants and partners to ensure successful project outcomes. In addition to these responsibilities, you are expected to bring: - 10+ years of overall professional experience, including: - 2+ years as a Salesforce Developer - 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ - A proven track record of delivering enterprise-level lead-to-Order solutions. - Expertise with Service Contracts, Docusign, Conga, and Quip. - Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred. - Strong knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies (Gearset & Bitbucket experience preferred). - Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Aura Components, Flows, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Salesforce CLI. - Deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and performance optimization. - Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, AppExchange, etc.). - Strong knowledge of data integration tools and methodologies, integrating Salesforce with systems like ETL, NetSuite, Kantata, and Marketing Automation platforms.,
