Position Overview:

The college invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and visionary academic leaders for the post of Principal at Degree College of the Group. The ideal candidate will uphold academic excellence, effective administration, and compliance with University and UGC guidelines, while fostering an inclusive and innovative learning environment.

Qualification: As per UGC norms.

Other Requirements:

• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Proven record in academic governance, faculty development, and student mentorship.
• Proficiency in Punjabi (spoken and written) preferred as per university regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership in line with university policies.
• Supervise faculty recruitment, teaching quality, examinations, and academic standards.
• Ensure smooth coordination with University and regulatory bodies.
• Promote research, innovation, student development, and extracurricular activities.
• Manage college finances, infrastructure, and compliance matters effectively.
• Lead NAAC accreditation, academic audits, and quality assurance initiatives.
