Job Description

The successful candidate will partner with customers, sales and product teams to define and build impactful Platform capabilities
Be data-driven
Be hands-on and excited to dive in with Engineering, including building some quick automations, write queries and more
Partner with Developer Relations Eng and Developer Advocacy teams to contribute to both internal and external content, to help drive Harness Platform adoption
Write and manage detailed technical product requirements and specifications that can be directly utilized by engineering teams to implement features efficiently.
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and the timely delivery of high-quality features.
Engage with customers, developers, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, address pain points, and drive continuous product improvement.
Use data and insights to drive both strategic product decisions and day-to-day execution, balancing short-term needs with long-term innovation.
Contribute to product roadmap development by identifying and prioritizing new features and improvements based on customer feedback, technical considerations, and business goals.
Work alongside Developer Relations and Marketing to create content that drives adoption and educates users on new features and capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Developer Relations, Marketing, and other teams to create both internal enablement resources and external content that drive adoption and educate users on new features and capabilities.

Requirements

Must have

7 years of experience in Engineering / Software Development
3+ years of experience in product management with SaaS / Cloud companies
Experience with DevOps / Developer Tools
Experience in open source
Strong analytical skills and data-driven product decision-making mindset
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
