Principal Product Manager

Role Overview: You have the exciting opportunity to join New Relic as a Principal Product Manager, where you will be responsible for leading the definition and execution of a new data product area targeted at engineering teams. This role involves building a data platform to help engineers respond to incidents faster, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance at scale. You will work collaboratively across the company to drive product discovery, strategy, and execution for these new products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the definition and execution of a data product area to help engineers resolve incidents faster, implement best practices, and ensure compliance at scale - Define and refine the product strategy in collaboration with senior leaders - Gather requirements across the company, define cross-product use cases, and deliver necessary data for product experiences - Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to deliver new platform experiences - Build partnerships with internal teams and external customers to influence product direction - Establish business metrics and leverage market research for decision-making - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to develop launch and growth plans - Prioritize customer experience in defining requirements and serve as a key spokesperson for the business Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in product managing technical products for developers - Familiarity with SDLC toolchain and developer products - Ability to distill complex topics into clear product requirements - Understanding of data and knowledge graph in AI products - Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders - Background in medium-to-large software companies and enterprise/B2B products - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across different audiences - Analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis - Experience in SaaS and cloud-based software development lifecycle Additional Details: New Relic values diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, striving to create a welcoming environment where individuals can bring their authentic selves to work.
