Common Accountabilities: - Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure the team performs at a high level - Recognized as a leader in your area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists - Understand how main business drivers may impact your area and assess complex problems with broad impact - Work with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions - Lead projects or contribute to broad cross-functional projects - Contribute to planning of resources and budget Specific Accountabilities: Technical/Functional Excellence: - Establish standards on product definition activities including specifications, solution design, and finding solutions to complex problems - Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades - Support Pre-Sales teams and participate in Business Requirement Matrix (BRM) assessment - Support Solution Definition Managers on cross-area solution design and propose sizing for their area - Create and implement internal and/or external customer feedback mechanisms - Propose recovery plans, action plans, and risk mitigation plans in case of system failure - Ensure processes are followed from requirements to production Continuous Improvement: - Make recommendations on revamping documentations and process improvements - Review test plans and ensure compliance of the delivered functionality - Investigate, validate, and prioritize reported incidents to ensure production integrity Building Relations & Knowledge Sharing: - Contribute actively to relevant communities related to the current position - Coach team members on product definition skills and drive culture change towards professionalization - Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to less experienced analysts and engineers - Participate in the on-boarding of new colleagues and provide consultancy to users - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to serve as a lead conduit between various stakeholders Participates in Team and ART Events: - Support team and ART stakeholders by participating in Agile forums, team meetings, and solution assessments Contributes to Product Promotion: - Support the product features definition and contribute to RFP/RFI for the product - Share content for product documentation, sales tools, and collateral - Give presentations, demos, and familiarization sessions to customers and customer-facing teams - Participate in key events to guarantee the success of product launch and follow-up Diversity & Inclusion: [Company Name] aspires to be a leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the tech industry, fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment for all employees.
