Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at MITK, located in Kundapura. The Principal will oversee daily academic and administrative operations, ensure the implementation of educational policies, manage faculty and staff, develop strategic plans, and maintain a positive educational environment. The role also involves fostering relationships with students, parents, and community members to promote the institution's vision and mission.

• Experience in educational administration, curriculum development, and academic operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage faculty, staff, and student affairs effectively.
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.
• Experience in fostering relationships with community members and stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
