Principal Lead - HR

• To Support, Collate, coordinate, Execute, and Verify Recruitment activity with Internal and External stakeholders.
• Implement, monitor, and execute the Employee Referral scheme.
• Qualification: MBA HR/ MSW
• Should have 7+ years of Industrial experience in relevant field.
• Coordinate, Communicate, Monitor, Record, and circulate the process of the Employee Joining & Exit.
• To Support, Collate, Coordinate, Execute, and Verify the Development and Deployment of the Policies.
• Record, and Maintain Employee personal files.
• To Support, Collate, Coordinate, Record, and Maintain HRD SOPs.
• Strong experience in manufacturing background, Statutory, Contract labour management, Training and development.
• Timely circulation of HR MIS
• To Support, collate requirements & Feedback, Adhere Plan, Execute, Record, Maintain, & Organise Training
• To coordinate with Internal and External members for the Training.
• To Coordinate, Plan, Execute, and Record OJT
• Coordinate and execute with Corporate HR for centrally organized Training programs.
• Timely reporting of Training MIS
• Deploy, execute, monitor, and evaluate the Employment Engagement activities
• To support in timely execution of Payroll processing
• To support and coordinate PMS
• To support, Coordinate, and execute CSR activities in coordination with Corporate HR.
• Monitoring of Housekeeping and Hospitality
• Coordinate and assist CHRO.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
