Job Description

As a Principal Infra Developer in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing infrastructure solutions, focusing on Mulesoft Platform Administration. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the design and implementation of tailored infrastructure solutions - Ensuring optimal performance and reliability through effective Mulesoft Platform Administration - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systems - Providing technical expertise and guidance in infrastructure development and maintenance - Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime - Developing and maintaining documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations - Implementing security measures to protect data and ensure compliance - Evaluating and recommending new technologies for improved efficiency - Coordinating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Managing infrastructure projects from inception to completion - Conducting audits and assessments for improvement - Facilitating training sessions for team members - Driving innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure practices Qualifications: - Extensive experience in Mulesoft Platform Administration with a strong understanding of integration and middleware solutions - Solid background in Life and Annuities Insurance domain knowledge application to infrastructure projects - Proficiency in managing hybrid work environments for effective collaboration and productivity - Strong problem-solving skills for complex infrastructure issues - Expertise in implementing security protocols and maintaining compliance - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison and technical information presentation - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest infrastructure technologies Certifications Required: - Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect - Insurance Domain Certification,
