You should have a Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, along with a mandatory B.Ed. degree. The position is based in Ponnur, Andhra Pradesh. As a Principal, your responsibilities will include leading and managing students, staff, and school activities in compliance with state board regulations. You will be responsible for formulating school policies, growth strategies, and ensuring adherence to academic and operational guidelines. You will need to deliver high-quality scholastic and co-scholastic programs to students and conduct teacher training workshops to enhance teaching methodologies. Additionally, overseeing teacher and staff recruitment to ensure adequate resourcing will be part of your role. Maintaining discipline and decorum within the school premises, as well as promptly addressing feedback from students, parents, and teachers, will be essential. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining facilities such as labs and the school library, overseeing infrastructural maintenance, and managing school budgets and accounts efficiently. Acting as a primary contact between the school, corporate offices, and local educational authorities, as well as ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for students and staff, will be crucial. You will also need to review and update school operations regularly, promote co-curricular activities, and foster holistic development among students. To qualify for this role, you should have prior experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school, demonstrating effective management of academic and operational aspects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively, are essential.
