Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced academic leader for the position of Principal, who can uphold the high standards of GD Goenka Group and lead the institution toward excellence in academics, co-curriculars, and administration.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of CBSE norms, and the ability to foster an environment of innovation, discipline, and continuous growth among staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership:

• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum as per the latest guidelines.
• Oversee teaching standards, lesson planning, evaluation systems, and learning outcomes.
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and integration of technology in classrooms.

Administration & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all CBSE affiliation, inspection, and documentation requirements.
• Supervise academic and non-academic staff, ensuring a structured and transparent administrative system.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, school development plans, and institutional reports.

Student Development & Welfare:

• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment conducive to learning and character development.
• Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities for holistic development.
• Ensure timely communication with parents and foster strong parent-school relationships.

Faculty Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and staff members for professional growth.
• Conduct periodic appraisals, performance evaluations, and capacity-building programs.

Public Relations & Outreach:

• Represent the school at public forums, educational seminars, and inter-school events.
• Collaborate with educational boards, authorities, and stakeholders to promote the institution’s reputation.

Qualification & Experience (As per CBSE Norms)

• Educational Qualification:
• Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching degree (mandatory).
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Principal in a reputed CBSE school.
• Preferred Background: Candidates from South India, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, or Madhya Pradesh with experience in reputed CBSE or residential schools will be given preference.
