Job Description

About the opportunity we offer:

Responsible to read and understand clearly the contract requirement and scope of work for project executed.
Corrosion rate estimation by ECE corrosion software.
FEED verification with respect to process parameters.
Material Selection Table and Material Selection Diagram.
Identifying applicable damage mechanism for piping and equipment as per API 571 and preparing corrosion loop diagram.
Corrosion Risk assessment/matrix and Corrosion management program Report.
Painting and coating specification report.
Handling all the material related issues/queries from all disciplines- Piping / equipment / Instrumentation etc.
Piping Material Activities- PMS, Datasheets (Valves and Specialty Items), Valve GAD review, SP items GAD review, MR TBE, Pipe wall thickness calculation.
Ensuring good quality design output as per client design specification and technical requirement
Produced the agreed deliverables as per project requirement and schedule.
Participate in internal/client meeting at project level.
Prepare corrosion assessment report and material selection for process and utility piping and equipment for offshore and onshore facilities (e. g. petrochemical plant, refinery, offshore processing facilities, etc)
Material Selection Corrosion Control Report
Provide support to the regional office concerning the MetallurgyCorrosion issues.

About you:

Recognized Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Metallurgy or related fields.
Minimum 8+ years of working experience in the area of Metallurgy/Material Corrosion Engineering for Oil Gas and Petrochemical field (especially EPC project experience).
