Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer Land Development to join our team at Atkins Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to contractors and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering, and construction management, to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in land development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials science.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
