Job Description

Translate theoretical complex product and designs into physical processes and prototype concepts.
Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend alternatives based on feasibility and manufacturability.
Recommend improvements in product and process quality by proposing better or simpler alternatives.
Support and advise on product development and modifications.
Advise on solutions to issues and problems arising in new products and processes.
Collaborate with R&D Engineers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

Tech from a mechanical background with 4-10 years of working experience in NPD.
Ability to translate technical ideas into practical approaches.
Extended knowledge of 3D, CAD design, and measurement equipment and methods.
Supportive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Info

CTC = 3-6 LPA fixed + Incentives + Company ESOPs.
