Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Principal role located in Kozhikode. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of DOPA Coaching, including managing staff, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring a high standard of teaching and student performance. The Principal will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of coaching, fostering a positive learning environment, and liaising with parents and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in educational administration and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Proven track record in improving student performance and outcomes
• Experience in NEET coaching or medical education is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Kozhikode
