Your responsibilities will include managing the team's productivity, ensuring high-quality work output through training, and facilitating design discussions. You will be accountable for overseeing the design of 2 to 5 projects each month, driving customer experience and relationship management, and ensuring positive ratings on design Net Promoter Surveys. Additionally, you will be responsible for training designers on technical details and guiding design discussions. Job Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design; Master's or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager. - Demonstrated leadership in delivering a minimum of 10 residential or interior projects from start to finish.,
