Principal Designer

Role Overview: As a Business Manager - Sales at Livspace, you will be responsible for managing the design for projects on a monthly basis. Your role involves ensuring the productivity and work output of the team by providing necessary training and leading discussions on designs. You will manage the design of 2 to 5 projects every month, drive customer experience and relationship management, and ensure a high output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating). Key Responsibilities: - Manage the design of 2 to 5 projects on a monthly basis. - Ensure work output and productivity of the team. - Drive customer experience and relationship management. - Ensure high output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating). - Train designers on technical details and lead design discussions. Qualifications Required: - B.Arch, B.Interior Design or Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management. - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager. - Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects with end-to-end Project Management experience.,
