Job Description

And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into > For our business, for clients, and for you Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team of database professionals in the management, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle databases. Ensure database performance, security, and integrity in a high-availability setting. Plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, and patch management. Collaborate with IT and development teams to optimize database operations and support application development. Implement and maintain database backup, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of complex database issues. Manage database capacity planning and scalability to support business growth. Oversee the implementation of Oracle database policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA. Experience leading a database team in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, software, and tools. Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management and tuning. Familiarity with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard. Experience with Oracle Cloud services is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
