Job Description

In this role, you will

Report to the Principal Counsel and provide business and legal support for all the company s global strategic sourcing matters.

Partner with the company s internal Technology, IT, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, and other teams in connection with the negotiation and drafting of all global procurement contracts.

Maintain and improve forms, processes, procedures, and best practices related to all strategic sourcing activities.
You ve got what it takes if you have

A graduate or post-graduate degree in law (LLB, LLM) from a reputable university and are a member in good standing of a state bar in India.

A minimum of 7 years experience as a practicing lawyer with experience in an in-house setting (SaaS or other tech company is strongly preferred).

Extensive professional experience in negotiating procurement contracts, ideally internationally, with excellent communication, negotiation, and contract drafting skills.

Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-growth, high-volume environment, including the ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks without sacrificing quality, attention to detail, accuracy, or timeliness.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to consider flexible and creative solutions, sometimes in the face of unknowns.

Excellent organizational, project management, and execution skills.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with colleagues within the Legal team as well as with other internal stakeholders.

Experience in understanding and navigating privacy, security, and AI considerations in procurement.

Commitment to work North America time zone hours.

Fluency and proficiency in written and spoken English.

Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
