Principal

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to guide our international school. The Principal will ensure high academic standards, support teachers and students, and build a strong school community.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the school with vision and care
• Oversee teaching, curriculum, and student progress
• Support and train teachers and staff
• Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
• Communicate clearly with parents and the wider community
• Manage school operations, budgets, and policies

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• 15+ years of experience in school leadership
• Strong knowledge of international curricula (IB, Cambridge, etc.)
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose

• Passion for student growth and teacher development
