Academic Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator who understands both CBSE and Cambridge (IGCSE/AS/A Level) curriculum. The role involves guiding teachers, planning academics, and ensuring smooth curriculum delivery across grades.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage academic schedules for CBSE and Cambridge streams
• Support teachers with lesson planning, assessments, and classroom strategies
• Organize training sessions and workshops for staff
• Monitor student performance and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with school leadership and parents when needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of teaching or academic leadership experience
• Experience with Cambridge curriculum is essential
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Cambridge assessments and teaching methods
• Ability to guide and motivate teachers
• Organized, proactive, and student-focused
