Principal Consultant, System Analyst - Property & Casualty Insurance

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Principal Consultant, System Analyst specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. In this role, you will be instrumental in the analysis, development, implementation, support, and maintenance of software systems tailored to meet the specific requirements of the P&C insurance industry. Your expertise in systems like Policy Administration System (PAS) will be invaluable for tasks such as issuing new insurance policies, generating quotes, underwriting, and policy documentation. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing efficient system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, will be essential to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and technical requirements related to P&C insurance operations. You will provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting assistance, define system architecture and integration patterns, evaluate third-party software solutions for integration, create comprehensive documentation, review code, participate in testing activities, and offer technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. Qualifications we seek in you include a minimum of a BE/B Tech/MCA degree. Preferred qualifications/skills entail hands-on experience with application support, maintenance, and exposure to Oracle/MS SQL databases. Additionally, conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, translating business requirements into clear system specifications, and designing scalable and robust software solutions aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the P&C insurance domain are crucial.
