Job Description

Oversee the SOC team, including security analysts(L1/L2/L3), engineers, and other cybersecurity professionals.
Experience in managing Security incidents, SLAs. KPIs
Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure the team is well-trained and equipped
Develop and manage incident response protocols.
Conducted regular reviews of security incidents and performance metrics.
Lead the team in responding to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Maintain clear communication with client stake holders and senior management.
Provide regular updates and reports on security status and incidents
Implement improvements to enhance the organizations security posture
