Principal Consultant-Mobility

Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant in the Mobility Practice Area within the Automotive sub-area, you will play a crucial role in achieving defined revenue and cost goals. Your responsibilities will include building and writing proposals independently, leading and mentoring a team of analysts, handling client communications, and providing insights and recommendations to clients in the mobility and industrial machines domain. Key Responsibilities: - Independently build and write proposals, including gathering requirements, formulating research solutions, designing commercial frameworks, and presenting solutions effectively - Lead the development and mentoring of a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates providing research and advisory services - Handle all client communication and queries related to specific studies, including kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback calls - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions - Utilize a strong analytical mindset and technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations for clients Qualification Required: - Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience; MBA optional - Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in customer research or consulting engagements - Rich experience in managing end-to-end custom research or consulting projects, with knowledge of industry trends and challenges in the Automotive sector - Previous experience in leading a team of professionals and proficiency in Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, and Business writing - Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, demonstrating self-organization, attention to detail, and proactive behavior Company Details: The company is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.,
