As a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal at Brilliant Public School, you will lead the institution from Nursery to Class 12th. You will be the academic leader ensuring academic excellence, holistic development, and a positive school culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Provide leadership and strategic direction for the school and staff. - Supervise daily operations, academic programs, and extracurricular activities. - Ensure academic excellence through innovative curriculum planning and teacher training. - Monitor student progress and promote holistic development. - Build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the community. - Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive school culture. - Oversee admissions, school events, and staff recruitment.
