We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced Founding Principal to lead and establish our new school campus in Kollam. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up academic systems, building a strong school culture, and ensuring excellence in education from inception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and academic planning of the new school as a Founding Principal
• Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and academic framework
• Recruit, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure curriculum planning, academic excellence, and compliance with board norms
• Oversee admissions, parent engagement, and community outreach
• Manage school operations, policies, and quality standards
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centric learning environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed/M.Ed mandatory)
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in education, with prior experience as a Founding Principal / Senior Leadership role
• Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/State Board norms (as applicable)
• Proven leadership, communication, and administrative skills
• Experience in school setup, accreditation, and team building will be a strong advantage
