We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic leader to join us as Principal to drive institutional growth and academic distinction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
• Oversee curriculum design, teaching standards, and research initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements.
• Mentor faculty and staff, fostering professional development.
• Lead strategic planning and institutional development initiatives.
• Represent the institution in academic, legal, and public forums.
• Promote collaborations, partnerships, and outreach programs.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Essential:
• LLB and LLM from a recognized university.
• Qualified in NET (National Eligibility Test) or PhD in Law.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience in reputed law institutions.
• Desirable:
• Proven leadership and management experience in academic institutions.
• Strong record of research publications and academic contributions.
• Experience with accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.

• Strategic thinking and visionary leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage faculty, staff, and students.
