Qualifications Leadership and Management skills to oversee staff and school operations Experience in Curriculum Development and Educational Planning Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for interaction with students, teachers, and parents Administrative skills including Budgeting and Financial Management Problem-solving and Critical Thinking skills to address challenges and improve school performance Ability to develop and implement School Policies and Procedures Experience in teaching or education administration is a plus Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or related field
