Overall 18+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years in Pre-sales, technology evaluation, technical design, and architecture. Strong experience in technical capability presentation, pre-sales, proposal creation. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, including legacy systems and cutting-edge solutions. Experience in consulting role, presenting technical information, strategic planning, customer interaction. Proven experience as Software and Solution Architect with Architectural patterns for High Availability, Performance, Scale Out architecture, Disaster Recovery, Security Architecture, Knowledge of cloud-based architectures deployment. Deep understanding and hands on experience in Open Source and/or Microsoft technologies, up to date on latest development in technical area Good working experience with API driven architecture, microservices, orchestration, DevOps (CI/CD), Messaging, and RDBMS/NoSQL/SearchEngine Deep understanding of Cloud native services - AWS/GCP/Azure implementation Thought leadership and special focus on scalable, reusable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable systems/solutions. Knowledge of Data Platform Analytics Knowledge of ZeroCode/LowCode Automation Platforms Understanding of AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Neural Network, Computer Vision. Responsibilities Manage industry agnostic initiatives with special attention in Healthcare / Supply Chain Management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Implement strategic improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in supply chain operations. Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption, integration, and optimization across the organization. Orchestrate and manage the incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. Develop and implement policies and procedures at ODC for effective incident response and problem resolution. Conduct in-depth technical reviews of legacy and modern tech stacks, evaluating their standards, performance, and compatibility with organizational goals. Recommend upgrades, migrations, and adoption of new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Utilize and promote the use of Generative AI tools in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance development processes and outcomes. Stay with latest developments, applying relevant tools to improve software quality and productivity. Advocating for the adoption and integration of advanced technologies within the organization. Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions to disseminate knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Mentoring juniors.
