We deal with Payments industry wherein the integration happens with different banks and payment gateways in real time to handle Bank, credit card and digital payment transactions. Preferred Qualifications B.Tech/ BS/MS/ MCA / M.Tech Job Requirements: 5+ years of full-stack programming experience in Java, JavaScript, and REST APIs Solid understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and cloud-native architecture is highly desirable. Proficiency in any DBMS, preferably Oracle, along with hands-on experience in SQL/PL-SQL, is preferred. Excellent communication and reporting skills, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proven expertise in system-level design, including experience with web services and service-oriented architectures. Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, OCI and prior involvement in developing ERP solutions is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI is a significant plus. As a member of the software engineering division, you will Design and implement technical solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and performance as core architectural principles Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders in understanding the requirements and work on delivering user stories/backlog items with highest levels of quality and consistency across the product Work with geographically dispersed team of engineers by taking complete ownership and accountability to see the project through for completion. Help Implement AI applications in payment like building intelligent payment agents by leveraging agentic architecture to optimize processing, enhance risk management, and deliver actionable insights for smarter transactions. Analyse the existing system architecture to identify areas for improvement, enhancing code quality and maintainability while ensuring system stability. Develop comprehensive test strategies for new features, and design and execute unit test plans and tests. Partner closely with the Service Assurance team to craft integration and regression test plans to ensure robust, end-to-end product quality. Troubleshoot critical issues and lead root cause analysis for customer issues
