Principal Analyst - Accounting Operations

As the Principal Analyst for Global Finance Operations at our company, your role is to review the work to maintain and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will be responsible for various operations, meeting SLAs and targets, data analysis, report generation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support the operation. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with global stakeholders to process and ensure accurate recording, reporting, consolidation, and analysis of Non-patient AR accounting, including Accruals, Amortization, Allocation, Reclass, etc. - Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations covering Non-patient AR and related accounts, monitoring and resolving all aged open items to ensure proper balance support. - Actively participate in reviewing the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process related to Non-patient AR. - Review monthly close reports and variance analysis of various Providence entities to ensure material accuracy of numbers. - Extract, modify, and analyze monthly reports as required, resolving queries and complex accounting issues. - Review Non-patient AR-related audit deliverables during audits. - Periodically update SOPs to ensure timely updates for any process changes, exceptions, and new learnings. - Identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and automation. Qualifications: - Preferably CA/CPA with 8+ years of experience in Non-patient AR accounting. - Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration skills. - Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel and drive process improvement. - Experience working with global stakeholders. - High-performance creativity and optimistic personality. - This is a US shift role in the PST time zone.,
