Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dedicated Principal to lead the Bolpur campus. The ideal candidate will be an academic leader with strong administrative capabilities, a passion for innovation in education, and the ability to inspire staff and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dynamic leadership and strategic direction for the academic and administrative functions of the school.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students and staff.
• Lead faculty recruitment, training, and development.
• Monitor curriculum implementation in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and processes related to CBSE board affiliation and up gradation work.
• Promote student discipline, academic performance, and extracurricular engagement.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, stakeholders, and the management.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree on School Subject or relevant discipline (M.Ed preferred).
• B.Ed is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role (Vice Principal/Principal/Headmaster, etc.).
• Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in CBSE affiliation and related regulatory processes is a must.
• Familiarity with modern educational practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Accommodation will be provided for outstation candidates.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
