Monitoring and evaluating student behavior, you will provide necessary support and guidance, while collaborating with colleagues to develop a cohesive curriculum and share best practices. Effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development is essential, as is ensuring that the classroom is organized, safe, and conducive to learning. Participating in school events and committee meetings, you will contribute to the school community and stay current with educational best practices, integrating technology as appropriate. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and possess a valid teaching certification in Primary Education. Experience in teaching primary school children and a strong understanding of child development and learning theories are essential.
