Primary Teacher - All Subjects

We are inviting applications for committed and passionate educators for the position of Primary Teacher for Classes 1–5 in the following subjects to join our team at Vazhuthacaud and Kunnumpuram campus. :

1) English

2) EVS

3) Mathematics

4) Hindi

5) Malayalam

As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students, helping them develop academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

Qualifications

• B.Ed. / D.Ed. (as per CBSE norms)
• Graduates or Post Graduates in the subject of specialisation

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Strong command over the subject
• Excellent communication skills in English (except for Hindi & Malayalam positions)
• Ability to implement creative, student-centric, activity-based and active learning strategies
• Expertise in technology-integrated and innovative teaching methods
• Awareness of latest educational initiatives and CBSE guidelines
• Effective classroom management and a strong commitment towards holistic student development
• Capacity to mentor and guide students for academic and co-curricular excellence

Work Experience

• 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to actively engage students in their learning, including interactive technology, group activities, and hands-on experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
