Kindergarten Teacher

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teachers to join our team in an eco-friendly quaint campus situated at our Vazhuthacaud Centre .

We aim to encourage children to develop an awareness of their own unique skills so that they leave as young adults with a strong sense of self, a belief in their abilities and a mutual respect for each other’s qualities and the world around them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to teaching. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where young children can develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play-based activities and structured learning experiences.

Qualifications

Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline with Certification in Pre Primary Teacher Training/ Early Childhood / Montessori Training . Candidates Completed Montessori Training will be given preference.

Skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued, and respected.
• Observe and assess children's progress, and provide feedback to parents and colleagues as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support each child's individual needs and create a strong home-school connection.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and developmental milestones.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times.
