Key Requirements Educational Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Education / relevant discipline.Certified Montessori training is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
