Primary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team at Vazhuthacaud campus. We aim to encourage children to develop an awareness of their own unique skills so that they leave as young adults with a strong sense of self, a belief in their abilities and a mutual respect for each other’s qualities and the world around them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to holistic education and be enthusiastic about fostering free thinking and creativity in young minds.

As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students, helping them develop academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

Qualifications

• Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with B.Ed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT Skills

Work Experience

• 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to actively engage students in their learning, including interactive technology, group activities, and hands-on experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
