Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic programs, ensuring curriculum alignment and impactful classroom delivery
• Assist in developing academic calendars, schedules, and lesson planning frameworks
• Work collaboratively with faculty to enrich teaching methodologies
• Plan and supervise co-scholastic domains—sports, art, culture, and wellness
• Track student progress, support individual learning needs, and celebrate growth
• Nurture a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
• Liaise with teachers, parents, and the leadership team for effective academic functioning

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed (mandatory) and a valid PRT certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in academic planning, classroom instruction, and event coordination
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Commitment to student-centred learning and holistic development
