We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary School Coordinator to lead the academic and administrative functions of Grade nursery to 5 at RC Dukya School. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early education, have strong leadership skills, and ensure high teaching standards aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day academic operations for primary classes (Grades nursery to 5) Plan and implement curriculum in line. Review and guide lesson planning, teaching aids, and classroom strategies. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers. Organize teacher training and professional development programs. Manage assessments, report cards, and parent-teacher meetings. Ensure a child-friendly, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Coordinate with parents, school leadership, and external stakeholders. Maintain discipline, attendance records, and academic schedules. Lead the planning of events, assemblies, and educational activities. Guide new teacher onboarding and performance appraisals. Leadership Focused Profile A confident academic leader with at least 1 or 2 years of experience in a coordinator or HOD role. Should demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor teachers, manage curriculum planning, and maintain quality academic outcomes. Strong decision-making and communication skills are a must.
