Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gondal for a Primary School Co-Ordinator at Gangotri International School. The Primary School Co-Ordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily academic operations, mentoring and supporting teaching staff, and ensuring curriculum objectives are met effectively. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with teachers and parents, managing classroom activities, implementing development initiatives, and ensuring a cohesive learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with students, parents, and staff
• Strong capabilities in Education and Youth Development to provide support for student learning and growth
• Experience in Educational Leadership and Training to guide and mentor teaching staff effectively
• Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders and handle responsibilities in an organized manner
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Education or a related field
• Prior experience in school coordination or similar leadership roles is advantageous
