Job Description

As a Primary Research Executive, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, research, and surveys of real estate projects across various locations in India. Your key duties will include collecting accurate information on price trends, supply, and absorption of projects, as well as gaining expertise in both residential and commercial real estate sectors in the assigned city. It will be crucial to maintain data accuracy, support client visits/surveys, and proactively submit data within specified timelines. Additionally, staying up-to-date with real estate market changes is essential. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, accuracy in work, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required. A mandatory requirement for this position is owning a conveyance such as a bike.
